Farmer Phil’s Festival is delighted to announce the first cohort of bands & artists booked for 2017’s event, and boy have we got some corkers for you this year!
First of all, we’re pleased to reveal that everyone’s favourite Farmer Phil’s Festival band FEROCIOUS DOG are returning to Ratlinghope to tear things up with their infectious brand of Celtic-infused folk/punk. If you’ve seen them before at the festival, you’ll know how crazy things get when they hit the stage and it’s so exciting to be able to look forward to that again this year.
We’re also very pleased to welcome back two more favourites from last year: THE BAR-STEWARD SONS OF VAL DOONICAN will again be cracking us up with their zany cardigan-core renditions of classic after classic, while GAZ BROOKFIELD will be waving goodbye (temporarily, at least) to his Sailor Jerry’s Kitchen to be reunited with our famous rotating state and this time he’s bring his band THE COMPANY OF THIEVES with him!
Also joining us over the weekend of 11-13 August 2017 will be:
The Black Tar Rivers, Dirty Vertebrae, Nick Parker & The False Alarms, Morganella, Brad Dear, The Cathartic Cabby, The Sweetchunks Band, Dirty Davey, and Paul Henshaw & The Scientific Simpletons.
