Farmer Phil says “Get ON My Land!”

Established 1998

Working at Farmer Phils

To help make the Farmer Phil’s Music Festival continue to be one of the best outdoor music festival events we need the continued support of volunteers. The vast majority of those already working at the festival, prior to and during the weekend, are experienced volunteers.

There are many benefits for you; making new friends, learning new skills, developing skills you already have and the opportunity of working in a professionally run team.

Prior to and over the Festival weekend, we require volunteers for a variety of roles. Some may not be glamorous or appear very rock n’ roll, but they are vital to the smooth running of the festival. Here are a some of the roles we require:

  • Stewarding at various locations around the site
  • Rubbish collecting
  • Camping field marshalin

If you have a specialist skill or have experience at working at an outdoor event then do let us know.

You’ll be given breakfast in the morning, along with tea and/or coffee and a cooked meal in the afternoon. And when you’re not working (and sometimes even if you are), you’ll get to enjoy the awesome bands and artists playing Farmer Phil’s Festival!
